Standard housing LOGO customization typically has a minimum order quantity of 1 unit; for mold development or structural modifications, please contact the business manager to calculate the specific MOQ.

Each device is supplied with detailed English/Chinese printed and electronic versions of the "User Manual." We also provide high-definition operation demonstration videos and clinical parameter recommendation charts. For bulk customers or clinics with special requirements, we can arrange one-on-one online video training with a senior technical engineer.

We support bank wire transfer (T/T), business-to-business transfers, letters of credit (L/C, for large orders), and third-party compliant business payment platforms. All orders are covered by formal commercial contracts to ensure transaction security and payment transparency.

For standard in-stock models, burn-in testing, packaging, and shipment are completed within 2 to 4 business days after full payment is received; customized models (OEM) depend on the complexity of customization, with a typical production lead time of 7 to 15 business days.

Absolutely. You may designate a cross-border consolidation warehouse or border-port warehouse in any city in China. Please note: once the goods arrive at your designated forwarding warehouse and are signed for, subsequent forwarding risks and damage caused by secondary loading, unloading, or unpacking will be borne by the buyer/freight forwarder.

As aesthetic medical devices are high-value, large equipment, shipping involves uncontrollable factors such as forwarding-warehouse scheduling, random customs inspections, and destination customs clearance. We cannot make an absolute commitment regarding final delivery times. The estimated times displayed on the page are for reference only, and indirect losses caused by logistics or customs delays are not covered by compensation.

Mooningkor provides tiered warranty service: the main device unit (including the motherboard, power supply, built-in laser/high-voltage module) is covered by a free 1-year warranty; handpiece operating heads and consumable accessories are covered for 3 to 6 months. Non-human-damaged parts are replaced free of charge during the warranty period.

Our devices use a modular component design. In the event of a malfunction, an after-sales engineer will conduct remote troubleshooting by video and accurately identify the faulty part. During the warranty period, we will send a brand-new replacement component to you via express shipping and guide you through a quick replacement to minimize downtime.
